We supply tools and accessories with the condition, model, specifications and inclusions specified on each product page. Always check that the tool is suitable for the intended job, and follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings.

POWER TOOLS AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
Products supplied for use in Australia must meet relevant product safety and electrical requirements. Requirements vary by the type of product and the nature of supply. We verify applicable registrations and compliance evidence before sale where required. An overseas electrical plug or travel adaptor is not evidence of electrical safety compliance. We will not advertise RCM approval unless supported by appropriate evidence.

BATTERIES AND CHARGERS
Batteries and chargers are included only if expressly stated in the product description. Check battery platform, voltage and charger compatibility. Stop using any battery that is swollen, leaking, overheating, crushed or recalled. Contact us before attempting to ship an unsafe lithium battery as a return.

RECALLS AND SAFETY ISSUES
If a product is subject to a recall or safety issue, we will take appropriate action under applicable law and communicate relevant information to affected buyers. Do not use unsafe or recalled tools.

WARRANTIES AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Any manufacturer's or additional store warranty is separate from the legal consumer guarantees that may apply.
